Our Sales Team will meet with you to discuss creating a custom gift program.  We will listen to your needs, sales goals, and target price points. We will share our existing collections, new gifts, and customization ideas.  We will go over minimum order quantities and pricing options.  Lastly, we will set up a schedule for continued collaboration and follow up as we develop the products discussed.

Our Product Development Team will review the ideas outlined in the meeting and revise selected gifts or create new gifts to fit the specific needs of your program.

In-house graphic designers will create artwork to complete the gift; providing you with several style options.  For customers with corporate style guides, our designers will work closely with your Product Development and Buy Teams to incorporate company art into gift designs.

We will present you with price quotes, digital mock-ups and/or physical mock-ups for review.  We work with your team throughout the revision process until we achieve the perfect gift.

Your final selections are made.  Confirmation of final quantities, shipping dates, and purchase orders are made at this time.

Pre-production samples are created, reviewed and production begins. 90% of our gifts are assembled in the USA by our skilled production team.

All delivery aspects are carefully considered and coordinated by our shipping department enabling us to deliver quality products, on time to your chosen destination(s).
